Here's the story - sounds like a more sophisticated version of the South Africans... Nigerians cons... wherein people even lose their lives. I have been duped into "working" part-time for a company for 3 weeks. www.astile.com gave me an 'optional ' project last week which transferred funds into my CC. My bank stated that the funds could not be "reversed, revoked,or rescinded (MY language)" after a couple of days following the electronic payment I made online using the acct# XXXXX routing# XXXXX given me... OK, warning flags are up now, but hindsight 20/20 and all that. Anyway, since I've been unemployed for some time, I was eager to do the 'optional' project, and like a good little 'prospective employee', shipped the MacBooks off to Russia. It was after this that the payment (that my bank had verified previously) was returned 'NSF' from the other bank. I've disputed the charges and fees with MY bank, consulted with the other bank, told the Postal Inspector, been completely upfront about it with the account owner... I believe this "Astile Transportation and Warehousing" may have stolen the identity of my "boss", Brian E Sinclair.
