I ordered their "free" trial kit in Nov. and gave my charge card for the $4.99 shipping fee. When I got the email confirmation from them I learned of the member ship I had entered so I contacted them and cancelled the membership. I have now received my charge card bill and learned they had charged an additional $119.95 to my card on 12-4-2011. I contacted them and was told they did not know I had cancelled my membership and had tried 4 more times to bill my charge card for additional items. Thank God my charge card company had denied Regal's charges. They claimed that they charged the original $119.95 because I had not returned the "free" starter kit within 14 days so I had to pay for it. I was never informed that I was supposed to return this "free" item. Makes me wonder how many others have already used my "free" starter kit! This is a total scam and I hope they get stopped before others are taken as I have been. I will be sure to let my friends and family know of my experience as they knew how excited I was about trying this product to help me stop smoking.
