Ordered a Gronk jersey for my dad. Was suppose to be a Christmas present. After the initial order I should have known it was suspicious after taking me to an outside website to process my payment info. Got confirmation email, status has been stuck on "processing" since 12/10/2011. Also after trying to get a hold of someone, found they only supply their on site message program. That's when I knew it was all over. The miss spelling of "returnd policy" and all the other red flags became apparent after that. Now im off to file a claim with the bank. Happy Holidays
