Sam Hall was hired to build our garage. He signed a contract stating the job would be completed in two weeks. Mr.Hall worked for about 3 days and never returned. What work was done was shoddy and had to be fixed. He refused to come back or return our money. We have found many other people he has scammed. He runs out on his employees owing money to them or abandoning them at the job sites and has ran out on his landlords several times.
