I was looking for a payday loan and then later changed my mind, however I noticed weird activity on my checking account that I had not authorized. When I called to speak to "customer service" I spoke to "Bill" who then transferred me to "Brian" the manager. I have my confirmation code for my refund, he apologized and said he would refund my money and that my incident (no refund for a month and half after I had called in early-November) was rare and that refunds were set in stages and that my refund was still "In Queue". He said that he would be sending me a confirmation e-mail (which I never received) and that my rare case would be dealt with in 24 hours...this was a week ago and I have not received any email or a refund. Luckily, I have all the dates and names of the people I have spoken to about this and will be taking this matter to the next step. At first I just wanted my money back but I see now that this company has probably scammed millions off of unsuspecting people.
