I ordered a dvd on-line with my debit card. The payment went through instantly and I received a "confirmation" along with a "tracking number." My order which was a gift has never arrived. The tracking number is a bogus non-existing number. I have left many emails, which they have never responded. I have attempted dozens of times to call the phone number on their website, which always ends with "the mailbox is full." These people are criminals. They might have just held me up at gun point and stole my money. I want something done because they are not going to get away with just stealing people's money.
