Took money and never recieved item, never recieved communication until i asked them through email where my item was. They told me that the usps returned the items as undeliverable to the address. (an adress ive lived at for the past 20 years) ive recieved everyother items ive ordered online no problem this holdiday season, threatened to file a police report and the company started using vulgar languange and telling me they are denying my refund. A legitimate company doesnt treat customers with such disrespect. For all I know the supposed company is out of Miami, Florida

    This is a one sided website - only intention is to make money off business owners by charging 99.00 monthly to try and clean up false hurtful internet posted messages.

  • IMPORTANT FOR ALL THOSE WHO WISH TO POST

    Publishing of Slanderous information which causes a company to have a drop in traffic or revenue is terms for legal action and retribution. this buyers parcel was returned to our company on 12/23/2011 on 12/27/2011 he filed a scambook posting for something that was not a scam (we use PAYPAL which protects sellers and buyers) on 12/30/2011 this buyer received a FULL REFUND. at no point in time was my company ever contacted before the publishing of this info or after to validate the trutfullness of it all.

    Mr. Andrew Mills has been notified by us that we will seek restitution for damages, scambook has been notified to take down this post. Andrew Bachman has been notified that his support team has failed to comply with our companies request.

    we will seek damages in the amount of 500 USD per day for participating in slanderous hurtful practice without verifying the accuracy of such claim. for all of those who think that posting on here will help them get justice, think again companies have more money then you and will most likely sue you for slander, lawyers on here have contacted my company to represent me against owner Andrew Bachman of scambook and Andrew Mills within the last 5 hours.

  • Placed an order with ManGear back in January (01/20/2012). Half way through February (02/17/2012) I contacted PayPal to file a claim because I did not receive the items I ordered. Both ManGear and I passed comments back and forth using PayPal's resolution center mainly focusing on where, after a month, my items had gone to. Was told only one item shipped on 02/17/2012 and that they would refund the other item. I told them I paid for 2 items so I was going to wait another week for either one to arrive. They again said they would only refund the one item and that they were going to escalate the claim with PayPal (so much for friendly customer service resolution with this company...not to mention I ordered 2 items...Not one...but 2... and waited a month before even making any fuss about it...). I escalated the claim through PayPal instead. PayPal then reviewed all evidence from both parties and, on 03/09/2012, granted a FULL REFUND to me. A day later I received a harrassing email from owner Alex of ManGear himself cursing at me and calling me a "thief". Then another one from his website's "sales" account saying I was reported to all 3 credit agencies, placed on fraud alert and was restricted from the site...oh and that they filed a report to PayPal. But wait... PayPal is a legitimate company. And they legitimately sided in my favor. I contacted PayPal again about all this. They gave me advice on what I should do. What's funny is that the owner, Alex, states in his comment above that they use PayPal "which protects sellers and buyers". Well PayPal protected me, the buyer, from this seller. In the end I'm leaving this comment because I was not scammed (I was fully refunded through PayPal) but that this company had the nerve to harrass me, call me something I'm not even close to being and then threatened to go after my credit with reports of fraud. I still have all my evidence.

    Any lawyer interested in taking action against this company, contact me..

  • ONCE AGAIN - No false adverstising and no one got scammed - this site has proven to be a forum for idiots - little miss sunshine decided that he would reward himself and not own up to a pair of underwear that got delivered. I WISH WE WOULD CUT OFF ARMS for STEALING it would be this individuals true punishment. not only did he get his refund he got a free (STOLEN PAIR)....

  • This company did not deliver my item either. After an exchange of rude emails from one or more of this companies representatives, I decided to cancel my order. They don't seem to care, according to them selling items not of primary importance, nor do they care about customer service. I don't recommend mangear.us. In this country, we have many better choices from where to shop. As you can see by Alex's comments, this is typical verbal behavior from him and his employees. Totally rude.

  • Sorry jason74 for falling victim as we did, not only is this alleged company "rude" they also posted personal information publicly without permission on this website that is against the law, this company has caused trouble accross multiple state lines and I believe now we have a federal case against them... I have contacted an FBI internet crimes dispute against this supposed complany, and I am just waiting back to hear from them. I will let you all know soon what they say

  • Wow. Another verbal attack from owner Alex Munoz of ManGear.us. Funny how he can call me a "thief" and "scum" yet PayPal sided in my favor when I presented them with the evidence stating I never received my order. Also, the USPS has no record of the tracking number you sent for my items even after waiting a month for them to arrive when you blatanly told me they were sent. I've also been in contact with my lawyer and the local Attorney General based on those rude emails you sent. Guess what they told me, Alex? That all the emails sent to me, Andrew and J constitutes as "slandering". All that evidence makes for a pretty hefty civil case, sir.

    Ant other victims? Follow Andrew's link above to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Companies such as ManGear.us LLC follow unlawful business practices and then try to hide behind law jargon and threats...
