My brother and I received a IWC and a Hublot Big Bang (both appraised at $12,000). I spoke to a woman named Tisha Cox and she was very nice at the beginning and paid for shipping. As soon as we sent the watches over, we lost all contact. They reported the watches as "FAKE" and as I finally got in contact with them, they told me they would send them back. I haven't heard from them since.
