On Nov. 4th 2011 I accepted the offer of a free sample and unbeknown to me this entered me into a contract with this company. The product does not perform the way it is advertised so I had no further use of it but had unwittingly agreed for them to send me monthly consignments of their product at a cost of $87.42 on Nov. 17th and then $88.38 on Dec. 9th. My bank NatWest Plc had no sympathy and said that Lean Slim are a legitimate business acting within the law. NatWest is aware that this is a scam but say that they legally have no authority to advise their customers because Lean Slim are not breaking any laws. Lean Slim will take the money every month unless you cancel the contract by writing to: Lean Slim Ultra, Fulfilment Center, 3577 A Chamblee Tucker Road. Atlanta, GA 30341. I believe they will still continue to take the money so suggest that you instruct your bank that no further payments are authorised and can therefore be recovered. I have reported NatWest to the Financial Ombudsman because I believe they are neglectful in their duty of care to their customer by not advising them that this is a scam and that hiding behind the technicality that Lean Slim have not broken the law is a ludicrous claim when their customers are falling victim. Incidentally I got caught for two months because the second lot of pills arrived after the payment for the third had been taken so I was only alerted after the fact, I imagine the timing is not a coincidence. Lean Slim also hijacked my FaceBook status claiming that I had lost 21lbs in 18 days with a link to a site geared up to scam others. BEWARE. MW Sussex England
