I was on the website www.powerbalancebracelets.com, and purchased two items. I received an email stating my payment had been received and i would receive an email with a username and password within an hour that would allow me to track the status of my package. I have been emailing and emailing and have received NOTHING. no tracking number, no username, no password, and NO package. I don't know how to go about getting my money back :( So sad considering Christmas is on it's way and now I don't have a gift to give my spouse.
