I recieved a phone call from a privae number on my cell phone.I never answered a women named Nicole Child said she was with the prossessors office and she will be giving me a sommons between 12 noon and six pm.She asked if i wanted her to meet me at work or at home,if at home have two forms of id and no children at home non weapons or niccotics never left a call back number of where to meet but gave me a 602 number and a case number to resolve this.I called when I did i found out i owed a check cashing place 1537.00 and i was facing jail time if i did not pay it today.I told her my story she reduced it by 300 $ I paid her 37.50 rest on the 30th when I get paid She then transfered me over to some guy who took my debit card number bank number and my drivers licence.Then as if this was not enough had me call this 217 number state my name social wich i did not along with my restitution number.I cancled out my credit card since after a friend told me to investagate this.I since have made a report to my states attorney general.oh and i checked with the bank the money they took went into a account with a diffrent name.I would also be up on bank fraud charges if it doesnt get paid on the 30th.
