On Nov 18 2011, I responded to an advertisement, on the internet, for a FREE trial of LeanSlim and LeanCleanse and placed an order for the free products. On Dec 02 2011, I received a shipment which was sent from the United Kingdom on Nov 11 2011. The shipment contained ea 1 Lean Slim 60's an ea 1 Lean Cleanse 60's. The accompanying document indicated zero cost for each item. Today, Dec 21 2011, I received my statement for the credit card concerned which shows charges of 90.31 and 91.35 CAD for these FREE items. Tim, from the answering service somewhere in the USA, tells me that I was supposed to advise the company within 18 days of my decision not to continue with the program. 18 days from when? I never did receive the trial samples. Now I must returned the unopened containers to the UK for a refund. What a scam!
