ON DEC.3, 2011, I APPLIED FOR THIS VISA CARD AND PAID THE PROCESSING FEE OF $69.00 WHICH THEY DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. AS OF YET, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CARD WHICH I NEEDED DESPERATELY FOR CHRISTMAS! I'VE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER , BUT IT JUST KEEPS SAYING THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. I'VE ALSO E-MAILED THEM AND THEY SSEND ME A PRE-WRITTEN SCRIPT! IS THIS PROGRAM FOR REAL OR WAS I SCAMMED? PLEASE HELP!
