I too applied for and was scammed by the Flex Card Program. I found this company through Credit Cards.com and from all of the other companies to choose from, I thought this one had the best benefits. I had dealt with Orchard Bank before and did not like how they charged the processing fee on the card. Flex Card wanted the money up front and I thought this was better. I spent 2 days prior, researching this company to find anything negative about them and did not see anything so on November 17th, I finally gave in and paid the $69 fee for a credit line of $1,000 and then a page popped up and said for $29 I could get an extra line of credit for an additional $1,000. So, I did so. I called the company afterwards and I spoke with Jason who told me that I would receive my card in 10 to 14 business days. (roughly 3 weeks). I was fine with that. Business day 10 came by and no card. Business day 12 came by and still no card. So, I called and spoke with Jason again. He said I would receive my card at the end of the week. On December 8th, which was my business day 14 came around, I still had no card. I have called and emailed several times and no answer. The phone line has either been busy all day, under upgrade, or no one is in the office. It is now December 21 and I still have no card. I'm at the point now where I realize I have been scammed and I will never see my money again or my card. Please don't let this happen to you!
