I applied for the card back on Nov 4th. My girlfriend ordered her card Nov 23 and then my friend ordered one Nov 28. We never received the card.. I had called them serveral times expressing my concern and they always said that it was on its way and that they were also refunding the money but I havnt gotten that either. Now all of a sudden there is NOWAY of getting in touch with them at all! I called the number, now the offices are closed .. there are no extensions, and I sent them email and it was returned. I even had a conversation with the lady there that I could have applied for a different credit card company, being so close to xmas Id never get that card in time for the holidays. We have filed a complaint with BBB as well as with The Internet Crime Complaint Center online ( Internet Fraud ), the local police and our banks. There has got to be more that can be done... They shouldnt get away with scamming so many people!! I mean really at Christmas time? They took advantage of us ... now lets all take advantage of EVERYTHING we can to get them locked up!!
