I ordered a Thomas Sabo charm and recieved an email stating that the charm went thru. If you read thge website closely tho it says the order will be shipped within 7 days and then on another page it says to allow 15 days. It also says free shipping yet they charged me for it. The same problems as listed by others, the phone number is bogus and they do not reply to emails even tho they state that they are available to you 24/7.
Hard to believe in this day and age that the company can not be shut down. Luckily for me, the amount was not substancial, I am cancelling my credit card to be safe.
