i received my amex statement this morning and there was a charge for software I perceived it to be free.
Dumb me to verify that I was a above the age of 21 I gave them my Amex number.
call;ed them at there number 1-800-469-5065. I may as well have spoken to a robot. When I said I downloaded the free one . She said I don't care you ordered it.
And we never ever refund beyond 5 days. How would I know , if my statement for the month does not come in before Dec the 15th.
I would never ever deal with them again. Even if I don't get a refund
I am 85 years now, things sure where more secure, and more compassionate, when I was in my prime.
