I cannot believe I fell for this scam. I am usually so savvi when it comes to con merchants. However, I was obviously being vain and after being bombarded by adverts for a wonder cream and serum I purchased a sample at £2.95. Two weeks later I notice another £74.95 has been debited from my debit card taking me overdrawn (and therefore incurring chargers). I would never spend this on a face cream (let alone one which is not tried and tested to show visible results). I have now, only 1 week before Christmas, had to cancel my card to ensure they don't try to take any more. I have tried numerous times to call Perfect Radiance but just end up on hold for hours. I can raise a dispute with my bank but must wait 2 weeks to do that to give Perfect Radiance the chance to refund my money. Some chance when I can't get through to them! I can't believe I was so stupid but being naive does not exclude Perfect Radiance's methods of obtaining monies by dishonesty.

  • Yes I agree there methods are a little suspect , but in hindsight I also applied for free trial . But is all fairness I also applied for there free trial, and didnt read the terms and conditions at bottom of the page due to the fact they are very very small:( I also got $150 direct debited from my account, but if you got to the trail site and scroll down to bottom of the page ,and click of terms and condition . it states we authorise for every month to be billed for more . this is subeject ot the free trail . I actuall obtained there number form calling international call centre and they gave me the extra numbers to add to there number, I was able to call them , and to be honest they were very helpful and apologetic and , waved the trail period as I hadnt recived anything , but its same story buyer beware ,it is a very clever scam due to the nature of the trail . but I feel we are at fault for not looking into it a little better, look too good to be true, but there are hundreds of people , unaware of what the trial meant me included. if it works I am happy to pay whatever so long as I get what I am paying for , cheers and good luck :)
