I applied for a loan and decided not to folow through. On 11/23 my accnount was charged $30 dollars resulting in an overdraft from this unexpected charge. I called the company to dispute this charge on 11/28 I "cancelled" my account and had a supervisor authorize a $30 refund. However the overdraft fee was not their fault. I was told it would take 3-7 business days. I followed up on 12/8 and was told to please wait and additional 1-3 days. Called once more on 12/13 and was told the actual refund period would take 3-5 so I had to wait an additional 2 days. Called back today 12/15 twice after involving my bank to get ahold of I Lender's accounts payable and got hung on. Called back and waited on hold for 25 minutes only to be told yet again to wait and the issue was being handled. They are unable to place me through to anyone who works in the billing department as what 4 supervisors told me that is against their company policy. Then I was told if I wanted to file a formal complaint I could file it with had to do it with the person I was talking with because they dealt with that process too. They are unable to provide any valid information regarding any authorization or Authenticity of being actual business establishment. Unable to transfer any calls outside customer service and unable to connect you with any other CS representatives you may have spoken to previously on the phone. What's wrong with this picture?
