I ordered the "7 day free trial", on Dec 7th, received the product on Dec 10th, and was charged full price on Dec 15th, that equals only 5 days of free trial. How do you try a product for 3 days that you have not received.

Here is even more fun info. I called customer service a few times, when I requested a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) as stated in the terms and conditions. I was speaking with a "supervisor" Renee, badge ID # 1056, Office address, 22100 East 26th Ave. Unit 100, Aurora, Colorado , 80019. she stated that the terms and conditions did not apply to me. She said it was all explained in the email they sent me on Dec 9th. I have never received this "special email". I have not cleaned out my email folders in months. Junk mail is held for 14 days before auto delete. I went through every folder while keeping her on the phone, and no email from hydrawhite. Then she tells me that the site I ordered from also has those terms and conditions. I had her spellout the web address, went there, read to her the return policy and the terms and conditions. She states again the return policy does not apply to me, and the terms and conditions do not apply to me, only the ones in this mystery email that was never received on the 8th, 9th, or 10th of DEC. Renee stated that it was sent on the 9th and that I must have accidently deleted it. Looked in the deleted folder as well. I have mail in there from the 1st of DEC. Nothing in any folder from hydrawhite.
