i went in looking to buy a 2nd hand laptop as i couldnt afford a brand new one , i purchased a toshiba equium laptop for 250 pounds , the owner of the shop told me it had windows 7 professional on it but not to install updates , two months later it has come up on my computer that windows 7 is not genuine ,upon looking on the back of laptop it has a certificate number for windows vista not 7 i have tried to install windows vista but it is not letting me because of windows 7 the charger that was supplied with the laptop is also faulty it will only work if plugged in , it says plugged in not charging i am absolutely disgusted and wouldnt reccomend that shop to anyone i am absolutely gutted
