It offered me 10 free bids on this auction site for signing up. It asked my credit card info and I gave it thinking that they need it incase I bid on something and incur charges. Well all of a sudden when I got to the end page of the transaction it said I just bought 39 bids for $29.99. That's not true. NOWHERE in the ad or the sign up process did it say anything at all about agreeing to buy bids or agreeing to any payment what so ever of $29.99. The offer was never made for that, it was just charged without my approval.
