After receiving the sample for $14.95 an unauthorized charge for $99.00 was charged to my bank account & a week later I received extra filter. I didn't like the sample so I called & told them this & I was sending the extras back for a refund of my $99.00. The agent said they would refund half & the balance after they got the extra filters back. Well, I got half only.
