I was told that someone else had received a product from the company and i looked at it and wanted to get a tv. I bought the tv and a promotion they had was an extra $101 for a iphone. After the the $501 charge for tv and phone i received a message that customs had stopped my shipment and charged an additional $265 because the total price was below 20% of market value to pay for through him. I have had this happen before with a different company over a year back and payed it because i had already spent the $501 and was just hoping to get the product. After paying every week they have given me an excuse to why it was shipped, first a 7 business wait for a damaged item, i don't know how they found out it was damaged, then a 5 day wait for the shipping company to get the item and then the shipping company went on holiday for 5 more days. What shipping company goes on holiday during the holidays that would be there busiest time. I asked for my money back and they just keep telling me the item is being shipped out in 5 more days and i have just been asking for my money back. and they wont give it to me, every time i get a hold of their customer service they answer and as soon as i ask for my money they stop responding to me.
