Received a flyer in the mail. Contacted the 800 number . Spoke to a representative named Brian. Informed me that I qualified for a reduction in my current mortgage due to the economy and the housing industry downfall. Next step Ruby Price, Brad Shay . Number of letters to my lender and one to Freddie Mac. No action by my lender. Numerous conversations with Ruby Price until this weekwith the e mail regarding the legal problems. 1 -800-719-8031 was the phone numer I contacted. Directed to contact the DA Office at 913-715-3003. I have built a file since March of 2011.
