I am in exactly the same position as Haresh. My order was accepted and supposedly shipped on 22.11.11. To date I still have not received the order but my account has been debited by them to the value of $163.22. I have e-mailed them and contacted the UK branch by telephone to unsubscribe and get refund but have got nowhere. I was told a refund could not be given until I returned the product which is impossible if I never received it. Lets get this scam company exposed.
