  • I also ordered a jersey on 12/4/11 and on the bank statement it says WWW.QIANFATRADE.COM Bejing.... reading the complaints on this Scambook site had me worried, BUT today 12/13/11 I finally received an email with a shipping confirmation through the US postal service... I did verify the tracking number, and it was accepted through the USPS as stated... like you I was unhappy with the lack of customer service response from the company but it appears they are finally fulfilling the order.
    Btw, the website address I ordered through was nflfansproshop.com

  • According to the USPS tracking it is currently in San Fransisco going through customs, so it's still on its way. But talk about a slow boat from China!

  • I'm sorry you won't receive it in time for Christmas, that's lousy.
    Now the USPS tracking says my shipment is in a neighboring town, so I should get it in the next day or so.
    The next question is *quality* of the jersey!

  • I ordered a jersey from this site on 12/9 and I havent recieved my jersey or any emails..I am hoping they didnt rip me off..this was a gift for someone for christmas

  • I'm worried about the quality, too. I'm sure I'd never get a refund even if I do ever get it in the mail. I called my bank and they said the company is in China and once the money posts to my account (there's just a hold on it right now) that I can file a dispute.

  • We also have ordered a jersey on Dec. 9th. They were slow to send us an e mail confirmation but they did. There is no phone number to contact them.This is what they do to get their money from the bank before you can stop the money from being sent to them. My bank told me they get the money as soon as it is posted to your account.
    As for Angela if that is your name. I think you are running a smoke screen for this scamming company. Olathecat does that look like a trusting avatar on Angela to you? Notice she says my shipment is in a neighboring town. Which town would that be Angela? How about posting your tracking code so we all could see where your stuff is and if your really going to get it.

  • Im with you Angela is the only person saying that they have had some sort of contact with the company, Im not sure Im buying that since there are many of us that havent been so lucky, I have already filed a dispute with my bank so I am hoping to get my money back, I really wish I had done some research before buying their fake ass jersey I should have known to order direct from the NFL but they didnt have the size I needed. I have yet to recieve any contact from this company and it pisses me off that they are scamming all of us.

  • For crying out loud guys, I'm not a liar.

    The USPS tracking # was EE509215210CN

    It was delivered today! Go to USPS tracking, enter in the tracking number, and click on "details"... you'll see it was accepted in China on 12/14... entered USA at San Fransisco... was at a sorting facility in COPPELL, TX... and was delivered to me in Keller, Tx today. Or did I somehow infiltrate the United States Postal Service website and make this all up??

    Here's a photo of the jersey. My husband is very happy with the quality, and was happy that it's a "field" jersey...

    Other than that, I will say I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF CORRESPONDENCE. I would not recommend the company to anyone. All I can vouch for is that I did indeed receive the jersey and it is a decent quality.

    To everyone who called me a liar- I hope you have a Merry Christmas in spite of your attitude. If you didn't receive your order, I will count myself as one of the lucky few who did.

  • Thanks for posting all of the details, Angela. Glad you finally got it! Patsfan, there are other threads on here that say the company doesn't reply to emails but does eventually fulfil the orders. Yet there are others that say they haven't received anything and they placed orders in early December.

  • OK Angela good for you. Glad you got yours but nobody else did. I do apologize for questioning your credibility. It seemed like you were covering for this company by being vague with the details. I have to say I'm still suspicious of them because of all the posts about that company. Can't blame me totally but once again I do apologize. Everyone post again if you get anything in the mail.

  • Thank you Joe for the apology. I know, everyone is worried and angry, last week I was also. I too had visions of dealing with the bank, worrying about future mysterious charges wiping out my whole account, etc. That's why I posted that mine was being shipped, to give folks hope that it's just a lousy company but maybe not a scam.

    Sorry for being vague on my details, but I didn't think anyone would know the proximity of Coppell to Keller.

    Btw, on the avatar... I like cats, okay? ;)

  • Well the hold for the amount of the jersey went from a hold, to disappearing for a short time last night, to showing as an actual charge this morning (no longer a hold). No shipping confirmation yet. This whole experience has been a bit strange to say the least....

    Olathecat I'll cross my fingers that you get yours quickly. Fyi, mine was never a hold, the charge was completed the same night I ordered it. I don't know if that makes any difference though, just another inconsistency to mention.

    Last but not least Angela. Gosh I like cats too. We had 14 of them which we had to feed, living in the back yard barn, when we were kids. I loved building snowmen too as a child. Gosh I even like kids,I was one once. But when I see a cat snow man standing next to a kid with a cat head instead of his or her own face I get a lllliiitttle creeped out. Maybe it's just me. LOL

  • Surprise my jersey did arrive at 10:50 AM PST without any notice. Go figure this company has no customer service that's all.

  • The mailman knocked on the door this morning and delivered a package from China! Didn't quite make it by Christmas. It's a Reebok stitched jersey. Never did receive a shipping notification, but at least it finally got here.
