My friend was over and i was taking a shower to get ready for work. While in the shower my friend goes through my desk, takes my visa debit and makes an account for me "as a joke for being single" on toon4.com. I get out and he tells me. i got him to tell me the account info so i could cancel it and kicked him out. i go to cancel it but the website has no log in page. i go through my emails thinking there has got to be some kind of confermational letter and got this

i then go the customer support sites, they are the same thing. i have already canceled my card, and tried calling them. what else should I do?

i used my laptops snipping tool to take a picture of the email but it was under 8 megabites so i could not upload.
