Nextag.com is also culpable in forwarding this information. How can we trust them anymore???
I wanted to move from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 and was looking for an Upgrade.
I also found a listing posted by Nextag.com on Nextag.com for $46.99+tax and I ordered it.
(They have sent me several more notices for this same product and price!)
When the product (the DVD) arrived, it did not have any kind of proper packaging (like in a Windows 7 box, etc), instead was in an envelope with just the seller's name, Tim Walker, (by Savemorebucks and address 4221 Greenbelt Rd, Arlington, TX 76006) and a pirated DVD. However the postmark is from Lansing, MI zip 48924

I have not used it and tried to reach on the following numbers that were listed on the website (when I was placing the order) as well as on one of the emails I had received confirming my order -
762-233-2574 (This happens to be a Pinger Textfree number, an app for sending free text messages) and is a number for Augusta, GA.
517-706-9060 (Rings but no one picks up)

I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and hope to get a refund back.

Bottom line guys, do NOT buy from this seller, this is fake. I wish I had googled this company prior to my ordering, but unfortunately I didnt. I hope the person reading this post has not committed the same mistake as I did. Go pay a little more and buy yourself a Genuine software instead of falling prey to such cheaters!
