Then on October 11, 2011, my card was charged $75.74 BUT still no products!!!!

I have phoned several times. Many many rings and then it goes to fax. No answer.

I have emailed them about the situation. No response!!

Then today, December 9, 2011, I get an email from them trying to sell me ink cartridges!!!!!!!
