Ordered a free trial from on line advert and agreed to pay £6.40 for P & P a further £116.11 was taken out of my account 14 days after the first payment. I contacted the bank and they have advised that they have received several complaints but unable to assist. I will be sending a complaint into the company and demanding a refund.
