I opened my mail today to an overdraft from my bank and a debit for $30 from somewhere I had never heard of. To make matters worse this transaction caused an overdraft of $32 to my account. I contacted the number and was told by a person speaking very limited English that I had filled out an application with them and this was the $30 fee for my application. I told them I was unaware that I had had filled out any application and if I had when I would have seen a charge of $30 I would not have continued Of course he led me to the fine print. Their disclaimer also stated that if they did not get you the loan they would refund your money. I stated I did NOT want the loan whether they would give it to me or not and that I wanted my money put back into my account The representative just kept telling me he understood, but that they were unable to give my money back. They did cancel me from any further transactions and I waited on the line until that was done. He was going to give me another number to call. I refused and told him to cancel me now. I again told him the money needed to be put back into my account along with the $32 overdraft fee. But he just kept saying he was unable to do that please read the terms. I told him I would take this further if he didn't meet my terms. We'll see
