I ordered a Moncler Black Down coat style MOKA in small billed as authentic What arrived in torn small box was Brown (not black) and a very poor copy---very bulky, heavy and poor fit. Have been trying via emails to return the coat---no return address, no replies, and no receipt Believe I charged it to American Express but charge has not yet come thru----they have noted my account accordingly and will notify me by phone if it appears. It is definitely False Advertising and Fraud and I think the site should be removed from web so no other unfortunate people take advantage of it--thinking they are ordering something and getting a poor copy.
