This company took $30.00 from my account on 12/7/11 unauthorized, causing my account to be overdrawn with another fee of $27.00. I've called four times today: The first time it was busy, the second and third they kept me on hold with the repeated "Your call is important, please be patient...etc, etc" for five to six minutes and then hung up on me. This time, I've spoken with someone who barely speaks English and says that this is a one time application fee that is authorized, which I never agreed to. I'm waiting (for ten minutes now) for her supervisor to come to the phone. I also already filed a complaint with my bank.

Update: 12/08/2011

I just got off from my fourth phone call- she put me on hold and left me there for about ten more minutes minimum, then came back and said that her supervisor would be right on, left me for another five to ten minutes, and then hung up on me AGAIN!
