I ordered a camera from these guys and about 3 days later i get a call at work in the middle of the day. The guy tells me that the battery that comes with it is just a starter one and will only last 20 min and that i needed a extended life one along with a high speed error free card, tripod and lens diffuser. I told him i did not need this stuff and could find it all online much cheaper. He told me all the stuff online was chinese crap and that he had a package that was in there catalog that had everything i needed. I finally gave in to his high pressure tactics and was charged another $330 for the the extras. I hung up the phone did a little research called them back within 20 min to cancel and they said it had already been picked up by ups and that i would have to wait til it gets to me before i could send back for refund. Little did i know they have a 15% restocking fee along with charging you the shipping that was clearly free on the site. I called and spoke with a customer service rep and he said that he could credit me 50 dollars and give me a warranty on the product. At that point I asked to talk to a superviser which doubled it to a 100 off and then 150 off. The extra items i recieved could have been bought online for $80 total. Everything i recieved was made in china just like the "crap" that I told him about. So now almost a month later after I sent back the package they have still not credited my account and told me that it was in returns and i would receive the refund withing 3 to 5 days. The person that i was speaking with was named Adam and when i asked for his last name he paused and said Buck. I get an email from the Same guy ten minutes later and it says Adam S. Do not trust these people they sell gray market products then try and upsell you with warranties and extras before even fullfilling the order. I under stand that they need to re-coupe the cost of shipping and handeling but come on really 15 % of 750 plus 30 shipping. I just lost 150 if not the whole 750 and had cancelled my order right away. After reading the reviews online this is their protocal to upsell items when someone orders their gray products. Watch out you have been warned.
