I like eveyone else applied and paid the 39 dollars and got the email telling me of the delay and even talked to a representative and he really had me convinced that they were a reputable company and that the card delay was of no fault to them and it was a simple mistake made by the card printing company, he reassured me that my card was guaranteed to arrive between the 1st and the 6th of December. So I said ok and decided to wait. I then called on Friday December 2 to verify that my card was cut and had been shipped, once again the person I spoke to swore that my card had left the processing center and was in the position of U.S.P.S. and that my card would arrive GUARANTEED no later than Tuesday Dec. 6. So when my card did not show up on Tuesday I called again and this time had some problems getting through but was finally able to talk to someone. I spoke with a woman who told me that half of all the calls they were receiving were people calling to activate their cards and the other half were calling cause they did not recieve theirs. When I asked what my options were she told me all I could do was wait. Later that night I received my email with the subject line of Refund has failed. The email tells me to follow a few simple steps to get my refund back and when I click on the link it just brings me to another payday loan site. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! I am filing a better business claim as well as contacting the POLICE DEPARTMENT in their local area to file criminal fraud charges. I URGE EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS GOING THROUGH THIS TO DO THE SAME. We need to show this company that we will not be taken advantage of.
