Spoke to representative and started to order a Nikon Lens which the price was too good to be true. The representative told me he had a better lens for my camera since the lens I was purchasing was going to crop the photos on a 35mm Digital Camera. The representative talked me into changing my order to a Sigma Lens and told me it was the newest lens out by Sigma (PE Edition). After placing the order, called Sigma and they told me that they don't make a PE Edition and that some sellers are telling consumers that it's the newest on the market. The cost of the lens' on the internet is about $500.00 less expensive. I called back and attempted to cancel my order and the representative continued to tell me that Sigma was wrong, and this lens was out of Japan. All Sigma lenses are manufactured in Japan as most of us know. He said that the order couldn't be cancelled because it was already shipped out. I told him it was impossible for them to have shipped the order since I just placed it. I called back within 10 minutes of placing my order to cancel my order. Called back a second time and attempted to cancel my order. The same representative answered and told me the same and hung up the phone on me. I called a third time and requested a supervisor. This time a new representative answered and according to him, the order had been cancelled. I'm skeptical that the order was truly cancelled. I will be looking out for any charges on my credit card account. Buyers beware, "If it's too good to be true, it's probably not". DO NOT DEAL WITH BUY HERE PHOTO.COM.....They are not true to their potential customers.
