I ordered a desk chair from Furniturebuzz.com on 6/15/11. My account was charged immediately, then I received an email stating the item was on back-order. (When I ordered, it stated the item was in stock.) I called and sent an email cancelling the order, and was assured my account would be reimbursed within the week. After a week, I saw nothing. I called again and sent another email. This time, a woman said it could take "at least 3 to 4 weeks" for reimbursement. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was "no one available." As of today (7/14/11), I still have not seen my money. I'm more than skeptical at this point, and I'm not sure I'll ever see my money again.
