  • I did get it resolved...got a tracking number, and the box finally arrived yesterday. I didn't accept the box though, didn't want to have to pay the $50.00 shipping and handling to go back. By the way, the box was supposed to have two pairs of uggs in it, the box looked like it had been through hell and back, not even big enough for two boxes of Uggs...I wanted to look at them but didn't. I declined it. Hope yours are what you think they should be. My issue is this, I didn't order from that site, it was strange, I placed my order, went to the "Pay" part, and was re routed to this other site...I didn't think anything until I looked again. I told the sender I didn't order from his site, and disputing this all the way. My bank already gave me a temp credit, and once they investigate, it will be a perm credit.

  • Same thing happened to me with this "person." As soon as I opened the box, I knew something was up. $95, inc. $25 shipping, for Converse I've been looking for for about 6 years. Completely wrong shoe. He keeps trying to act like the photos I send of both styles (the one they sent, I couldn't even FIND on their website) are CLEARLY the same. Ol' [email protected]'s responses to my demands to be refunded get more and more absurd:

it is same with your order,ok?
are you a man of this world?
    can you see your order?
    what are you doing??????????

I'm sorry, but that killed me. I told him to try his hand at comedy. My name's JENNIFER, btw.

Anyway, the only reason I signed up here is to suggest what I just spent the last hour or so doing: file a report online, if you haven't already. I did it at the Internet Crime Complaint Center here – https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx – which is in partnership with the FBI, apparently. I'm sure there are other similar agencies out there, and I haven't done enough research to see which might be better. But, I figure helping to build up reports of all of this guy's crimes will increase the likelihood of his being stopped. Good luck -j

  • LOL! Yep, his reply to me was:

"dear sir or madam" Clearly Im not a sir! I wrote back telling him, I am disputing this, I didn't order from your site.

    Same email address: [email protected]

I didn't even expect a box from them. But it came, and if you had seen the condition of the box...wow! Uggs come in a very large shoe box, I ordered two pairs, this box wasn't even large enough for one shoe box. I bet the shoes were just wraped inside, no Ugg Box...what a mess! Thank goodness I stopped my sister from ordering from that site as well. I hope everyone that has ordered from him, really looks at the box before you accept from the post man. You can decline it and they just take it back, call your bank and get the funds back as well. Don't take the chance, open the box, and then be responsible for the $50.00 to send back! Buyers beware!!! This email contact info is the only way to talk to them, no number to call: [email protected]

Good luck to you all as well, as for Andrea that ordered Uggs also, if I were you I would decline the shipment and find another "real" Uggs site to purchase from! Lots of them have free shipping and handling.

  • Looking more into that site under shipping and handling:

Please submit your return request by email to [email protected] with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hour after your email is received.

BS!! He took well over a week to reply to my email stating I was disputing my order. There is no other way to contact them, only that email address:

    [email protected]

Something smells fishy there! Anyone that ordered and hasn't received it yet, do not accept it from the post man! Just my advice here. I have never ordered anything from a site that has no way to call them.

Don't waste your money or time, replica uggs...find a real Ugg outlet store...I did, bought from the store, saved $75.00! And these are actually from Austraila!

  • Jhuffstutlar, what is the outlet store u purchased from? And i want to look inside the package, its waiting at the post office for me..im just so curious as to see what they look like? As for filing a claim, i called cust. service for charter 1 bank, the guy told me since i authorized the charges & gave them my info he didn't know if i could be fully reimbursed even though it may have been a scam. He said they usually reimburse ppl who's card was used w/o knowlege to the cardholder, or for unauthorized charges....who know, i just want to peek inside the box anyway

  • Well I am close to the Cabazon Outlet Mall, its in California:

    http://www.yelp.com/biz/ugg-australia-cabazon

Look online for an outlet store near you, if your not close to one.

I was able to get the charges taken off because I didn't order from him and told him that. The place I ordered from said they have no record of my transaction...no clue how that happened. I looked back and emailed
    [email protected]
and not one word for over a week...I filed a dispute with my bank. If I were you, I wouldn't pick it up, its up to you though. The site I ordered from had no shipping and handling...but
[email protected] site, they charged me 50.00 shipping and handling. If you don't mind shipping back, then go for it. I wasn't going to take that chance because I know I didn't order from his site.
    Good luck!!!

  • Ok, so I just received an email from: [email protected]

Im not sure what hes even talking about, I never ordered from his site, was redirected somehow...will NEVER ever again! Look at what he says:

hi,sorry, you have make a order on our site, and pay it by your card.

    ok,
    that's good,you can contact your bank,do anything.
if you refused payment on the items, but you have to know that,if you do that,Your credit card credit amount would be reduced, and your credit card will have a bad record, since then,so when you buy the item with your card,so it will
can see your bad record, and so it will Payment failure. then you never buy anything from the website with your
card, because it will shown that: Do not honour!and all the seller will do not want to received your payment.
the buyer never can't check the bad record, just only the seller can check it.
we are not a foolish,we are very familiar with the credit card working.
hey, boy,go to do that as soon as possble.
We didn't harm your interests, but you will harm yourself.then you will get a bad record on your any card, and you
will have a bad record on your life forever.
any how,if this is our mistake, but just only you refused payment on the items,so you will must be get a bad

record,so next time, when you buy the item with your card,it will can check your card, and see your bad record, and so

    it will Payment failure forever.

    Good luck for you!

  • Anyone thinking about ordering from that site, don't! No contact info, only an email address that says he will contact within 4 hours. Took him 7 days to finally contact me! He may be from another country, but comeon....running a business and he doesn't even know how to write a proper email? I have no idea what he is trying to say, I will NEVER order from that site, was somehow a mistake period!
