I made an order for $19.99 worth of product, on the internet at 6AM,by the end of the transaction my credit card was charged $72 and change. In order to made the order you go through page after page of offers that even after clicking no that I did not want that offers I was charged for all of them, plus numerous individual shipping charges I called customer service at 9am and told them, there was an issue with my order and was told the transaction had not yet hit the system and to call back. I called back and was told that they had already shipped the product. They claimed that there was no issue with the order so it was put through, although I had called and made an issue at 9AM sharp. I asked for a refund and that sending the product was their mistake. They told me I would have to wait for the order to come and return it before they would reimburse me. - Which would probably take months. I called my bank and was told that the charge was posted however they had not collected on the charge yet and that they were absolutely able to stop payment. They refused to reimburse my card today, and that I would have to wait ten days or more. I have looked into this company and there is a wealth the exactly the same complaint as mine. The people who were reimbursed got stuck with $40 and $50 dollars worth of shipping charges which they will not refund. I am sorry that I didn't read the reviews first. This company is a complete ripoff.
