Looking over my husband's credit card statement I found three charges for Bidrack.com. My husband is 82 yrs. old and maintains he did not bid nor order anything. I have tried to have them refund the money and as now they have not done so. What can i do?

  • Call the FTC, Better Business Bureau and call and e-mail them on a daily basis. Let them know you will accept nothing less than all your money back. That is what I did and they returned my money. Good luck!
