My email on which I received messages ... from Friendfinder is
(Personal information removed). In order to avoid to receive a lot of mails, I closed at the mailbox level, the authorization to receive Fiendfinder mails and advertisement. However, the account linked to my Credit Card is charged about each month of amounts like 27,50euros, 26,63euros... This charging occured 4 times. My goal is to stop it.
In order to cancel my automatic renewal, I sent last week a message to your customer service and got no answer. Today, I sent again the same request. Can you do something to cancel this automatic regular charging. My name is THOMASSIN Jean
