I applied for a loan. Was contacted by stacey Hinds. She said i qualified for aloan. I would have to pay 1st and last months payments, and pay for an insurance preimum. She stated the preimum was because my credit is bad. That I already know. So I proceeded in the loan. I had my reservations even when they said to wire the $. I did it anyways because they had sent me a contract. Immediately following the transfer they called and said they couldn't release my loan because I didn't pay the brokers fee. When I asked for the loan to be released then I would pay they said that was not policy and they couldn't do it. I asked for a refund and to have my request put and sent to me in writing. I did recieve an email stating my full refund. When I will recieve it is up in the air.
