The website asks for your credit card FIRST, then offers many unclear and confusing additional offers. The first of which is an the offer of an extra set (they also offer a "free" set with each purchase). It is not discernable if they are asking you of you would like the free set, or if you would like to buy another set. I must have clicked "OK" thinking I was agreeing to get the free set and I then proceeded through my order. At the end of the transaction, there is no review page to make sure your order is correct. Just a page stating that my card was charged about 72.00. All I had intended to buy was one set (19.99) plus the shipping, but ended up being charged twice and twice the shipping. I immediately tried to cancel, but was told that once an order is in process, there is no modifying or cancelling. They did offer me a ten dollar refund to keep the order "as is" or I could return the "extra" merchandise for additional shipping. This struck me as odd, since I had made no mention of mistakenly ordering additional merchandise. All I had asked was to totally cancel the order. Makes it seem like they are aware that they are tricking people into ordering more than they planned. Just a really sketchy transaction, all in all. I should have know when they asked for payment information before providing a total.
