  • I believe PCH is not to blame in this peticular case EXCEPT in allowing advertiser to "capture" web page preventig the process to proceed to free contest entry. I believe PCH's contests ARE legit but A free entry is being prevented by this means If nothing else is a detrimental to reputation issue for
