They offered a free sample and I had to pay $ 1.03 for shipping and $3.00 for something. The day I received the samples I was charged $78.41 in my bank acount which I had not authorized. I called them and they said they would cancel my account and I would not receive anymore charges.

I ask for a full refund, and the rep said he was only authorized to a $60 refund. I indicated that I would send back the samples and he still said he could not refund but the $60. I said, any business where you return the merchandise, would gives a full refund. I asked to talk to his supervisor and was told she would call me - no word two days later. I also emailed the customer service and receive a reply that they fully disclosed all the terms and I needed to face that. I have searched and find BBB reports many, many complaints for unauthorized charges.

The BBB gave them a F. The stated below: "Your BBB has noticed a pattern of complaints concerning delivery issues, sales issues and billing or exchange issues. Specifically, consumers allege to have ordered a "one dollar free trial" that then arrives with "starter kit" for which they are charged additional money. The consumers allege they were not aware that they would receive this "starter kit" or be charged additional money for it. Furthermore, consumers allege that their free trial offer doesn't arrive in the mail until after the free trial period is over, and they are denied a refund when they do return the product."


I will try tomorrow to collect my money.
