I had ordered the trial product, it arrived and I returned it unopened for a full refund. The company received the product on August 17, 2011. I have yet to receive my refund. I have tried numerous times to get help with resolving this . The latest when I phoned is to enter the phone number you would have used when ordering I followed instructions and it just kept rolling over to the same message. I had placed a stop payment after the "trial" because the company charged me FULL price 79.99 before the trial period was over. The begin counting day of order does not matter if you received the product or not and then charge your cc. I placed a stop payment for any future charges with my bank so not only am I out of the initial money they took from my account but also the stop payment . This company needs to be stopped. It was hooked up with another company ( again same scenario) offering trial in that case I never even received the trial. And they charged my account.
