I placed the order on November 21, 2011, for the Obagi Nu-derm system. On December 3rd, 2011, I e-mailed them and found this website claiming the company is a scam. I contacted my credit card company who made notations of my claim. I will need to call them after December 25th (giving this company 30 days to refund my money or send the product).
