I know that I had filled out several applications for a payday loan, however I never would have agreed to a 19.00 application fee if I had known, after all, I needed money. Apparently I did not have the 19.00 in my account therefore I was charged their bank fee for a total of 44.00, which in turn has had a snowball effect on my bank account. I have never heard from them and honestly do not remember filling out a application with this name on it. I ended up almost 400.00 overdrawn due to my bank fees and money I thought was in there. I didn't know until today, a month later that this had taken place. I would certainly like to see the application that I filled out and see where it says they were going to charge me. They must throw it in without anyone knowing. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do. I am a single mother of four children and get no child support, or government help, I work hard for what we have.....That could have bought a lot of groceries!
