My bank called me 2 days ago and told me that there were suspicious charges on my account and that I wouldn't be able to use my card until I took care of it. I called BoA and talked with a lady who asked if I noticed any weird charges, the MedChelp.com jumped out at me right away because I'm unemployed so the only thing I have going through are my bills and that's it. They cancelled the charge, cancelled my card, and are working on returning my money. Very easy process overall, just would like to know how the hell they got my card number since I've been using this card for about 2 years now, have bought multiple items online, and hadn't had a problem until now. I also reported this company to the FL BBB but little seems able to be done about this company since the number isn't real and apparently the BBB can't locate the company either. :( Please, if this company scams you, call your bank immediately and get your money back! We may not be able to stop these internet 'terrorists' from somehow getting out credit card number but we can get our money back!
